　　羅根（艾迪·斯比安 Eddie Cibrian 飾）的父親是一名檢察官，在阿爾伯特家族的三兄弟之案開庭的前一夜，三名歹徒闖進了羅根家中，殘忍的殺害了他的父親和母親，年幼的羅根幸運的逃離了死神的魔抓，卻悲慘的淪為了孤兒。　　之后，羅根被叔叔杰克（查克·諾瑞斯 Chuck Norris 飾）收養了，來到了杰克經營的農場生活。杰克表面看只是一名平平無奇的農場主，實際上，他曾是軍隊里的拳擊和跆拳道冠軍。在羅根的身上，杰克發現了杰出的習武天賦，不僅如此，羅根還擁有著神秘的第六感，于是，杰克決定將自己的畢生所學都交給羅根，幫助他進行他的復仇計劃，一晃眼，就是十五年過去。

　　The film is based on Bob Rich’s novel “Looking Through Water”. It follows a father who, in an attempt to reconnect with his estranged son, invites him to Belize to compete in a father-son fishing competition.
