雷宇揚,藍潔瑛,羅蘭,鐘鎮濤,劉錫賢,唐家輝,張豪龍畢基、畢仁兄弟二人由于誤闖時空隧道，一下子被送回到一千年前的北宋，包括梁山好漢一百單八將在內的宋朝風云人物一一展現在眼前。二人貪玩任性，樂不思蜀。一天，畢基誤踏女尸，好心將女尸下葬，因而遇上女鬼小倩。小倩生前被西門慶所害，但西門慶有佛像護身，小倩未能一雪此仇。 梁山鬧鬼，村民人心惶惶。基、仁寄居于武大郎家中，與武松結成好友。后二人巧遇宋江、魯智深及燕青一干梁山好漢，使用現代科技使眾人誤會基仁為武林高手。梁山鬧鬼原屬西門慶與黃婆所玩的戲法，為方便西門慶與潘金蓮幽會，黃婆充當圣姑呃神騙鬼，并從中謀利。宋江藉詞調查鬧鬼之事，其實要尋回昔日初戀情人金蓮。潘金蓮要與西門慶分手，重投宋江懷抱。西門慶向宋江要求分手費，宋江頓起殺機。此時武大郎過量服食畢仁之搖頭丸，毒發身亡。武松盛怒下錯手殺死金蓮，并往獅子樓找西門慶報仇，畢基、畢仁趕往相助。
