Ay?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 摩登神探

　　阿燦（廖偉雄飾）與肥則(鄭則士飾)一對活貝警界立下不豐功偉績。但每次都是烏龍百出，錯有錯著之下破案的，一次因涉嫌收藏大陸的非法人蛇，倆人同被革除職務。二人于無意中得悉一名叫契爺的黑社會頭子，擄去一富翁的小孫，但倆人是被革退的警員，又怎樣去處理或能否撲滅契的犯罪集團呢！　　肥則為了娶阿芳（鄭麗芳飾）為妻，收留了從大陸偷渡過來的大姨媽及其女阿珍（阮佩玲飾）。阿燦愛上了賢淑可愛的阿珍，兩人很快墮入愛河。另一方面，犯罪集團主腦契爺（羅烈飾）及得力女助手阿JOE策劃一樁勒索案，但取贖金時險比警方捉拿。無計可施時，契爺捉走阿珍及阿芳來威脅阿燦及肥則替他們取贖金，并在他們身上裝了一遙控計時炸彈…

少林俗家弟子

　　程家少爺程亦鵬（范冬雨 飾）癡迷武術，程父試圖用婚姻約束其行為，程亦鵬遂決定遠上少林做俗家弟子，如此既可躲避習武力強的未婚妻小翠，又能學習少林功夫，在與心上人小晴（何晴 飾）話別后，亦鵬奔赴少林。然而師父恒德（趙小銳 飾）日日只是讓一班俗家弟子做苦工，不肯教授少林功夫，師兄弟們雖不滿卻也無可奈何，加之小晴在少林附近落腳，程亦鵬和師兄弟們學著用各種方法苦中作樂。曾經被逐出少林的一游俠在遍訪名師后，意欲挑戰少林，以報當年未學到武功之恨，程亦鵬等俗家弟子被游俠多次毆打，恒德欲同游俠較量反被方丈關入藏經閣。程亦鵬經過苦工打熬，終有習武資格，在恒德指點下向游俠一雪前恥……
