　　故事講述了一個簡單又驕傲的牧場主，為了經濟利益和兒子一起謀殺了妻子。而在埋葬其尸體時，他發現自己被老鼠恐嚇，并確信妻子并沒有放過他！

　　灰度律師李淇（檀健次飾）因出身于聾人家庭，被卷入一場聾人反詐案中。當他利用案件名利雙收之時，卻未曾想詐騙案遠比想象的復雜。這一次，在欲望和良知的抉擇中，他會如何破局？　　本片部分取材自CODA律師張琪真實從業經歷。

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

　　林美嘉（李昕蕓 飾）、安曉晨（李媛 飾）和陳宇林（范逸臣 飾）大學時代便認識的好友，曉晨與宇林更是親密的情侶。畢業后這對閨蜜共同進入一家服裝設計公司，在殘酷的職場中果敢自信的曉晨扶搖直上，很快成為一支團隊的負責人，這讓美嘉心中難免有所芥蒂。某次二人受公司指派去泰國尋找素材，希望轉運的美嘉堅持要去某個偏僻所在向法師求佛牌。此后，兩人在泰國遭遇離奇火災，曉晨命喪異國他鄉，美嘉則僥幸逃生，但失去了泰國之行的所有記憶。身為心理醫生的宇林固然傷心，同時希望通過自己的專業技能幫助美嘉走出陰影。　　可是這番治療絲毫沒有效果，美嘉被恐怖的幻覺所困擾，情況愈演愈烈……
