　　飯冢家兩個女兒富江（仲村みう 飾）和月子（荒井萌 飾）在同一所學校讀書，兩人更是同時戀上了同一個男孩下田俊夫（大和田健介 飾）。面對一臉幸福的姐姐，心中略感失落的月子還是用手中的相機為姐姐拍下最美的一瞬。然而，近乎完美的富江就在月子的面前死于一場恐怖的意外。一年后，月子和父母共同慶祝富江的生日，而就在這一天本應死掉的富江重返家中。自此，飯冢夫婦的行為舉止變得甚為古怪，月子也見到了姐姐極為恐怖的一面。未過多久，飯冢一家陷入極度恐慌的混亂之中，父親更失手殺害了富江。可是，那卻是一個如何也死不掉的妖艷魔女……　　本片根據日本著名恐怖漫畫家伊藤潤二的同名系列漫畫改編。
